Black Ops II: Nuketown 2025 ricreata per il paintball

Il parco Paintball Explosion ha ricreato la mappa Nuketown 2025 di Black Ops II nella sua interezza.
La folle impresa è stata divulgata dall'Illinois grazie al video che potete vedere di seguito e ai fondi di Tipmann Sports, compagnia specializzata proprio nello "sport" del paintball.
La mappa è stata rinominata Nuketown 2013, naturalmente.

 Paintball Explosion The park has recreated the map Nuketown 2025 Black Ops II in its entirety.

The mad enterprise was disclosed from Illinois thanks to the video that you can see below and funds Tipmann Sports, a company specializing in their "sport" of paintball.

The map has been renamed Nuketown, 2013, of course.

OGGETTO: IPBS rescinde l’accordo di collaborazione con FISP

 

Nella giornata di domenica 19 maggio 2013, al termine dello svolgimento della seconda tappa del Campionato Nazionale Italiano FISP-IPBS, tenutosi presso il campo di gioco della ASD Paintball Milano, i rappresentanti del Consiglio Direttivo FISP presenti sono stati informati dal Presidente della A.S.D. IPBS sig. Paolo Russo dell’intenzione di interrompere il rapporto di collaborazione pattuito ad inizio anno, il cui oggetto era la presa in carico da parte di IPBS della gestione del campionato nazionale sotto l’egida FISP. Tale intenzione è stata in data 23 maggio confermata tramite un comunicato ufficiale IPBS uscito sulla rispettiva pagina Facebook. Tuttavia, le motivazione espresse nel comunicato che hanno portato IPBS ad assumere questa decisione non ci paiono chiare, in quanto espresse in modo generico e senza scendere nei dettagli delle cause scatenanti di questa scelta. Come FISP ci sentiamo quindi in dovere di fare chiarezza sulla questione, affinché tutti i nostri soci, ma più in generale tutti gli appassionati di paintball italiani che ci seguono, abbiamo chiarezza su quale sia stato l’esatto svolgimento dei fatti e possano farsi una propria chiara opinione dell’accaduto.

 

Prima di entrare nel merito della questione, riteniamo utile ricordare quali siano state nel 2012 le motivazioni che hanno portato alla fondazione della Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica “Federazione Italiana Sport Paintball”. Lo facciamo, sia perché queste motivano le scelte intraprese da FISP nel merito di questa vicenda, sia perché vogliamo sottolinearle con forza affinché siano nel prossimo futuro l’unico e solo punto di riferimento per le attività e le scelte messe in atto da FISP.

FISP crede fermamente che un’organizzazione sportiva debba essere sempre e solamente fondata su principi di democrazia, uguaglianza, trasparenza e no profit. Su queste basi nel febbraio 2012 è stata fondata un’associazione nazionale con l’obiettivo di “federare” tutte le realtà paintball italiane, unendole in un soggetto unico di coordinamento e di rappresentanza. FISP si basa su regole condivise, il suo Statuto, è gestita da persone elette durante la sua prima Assemblea Costituente e restanti in carica per 2 anni, è obbligata alla massima trasparenza economica come dimostrato durante l’Assemblea Ordinaria 2013 in cui è stato presentato dettaglio di qualsiasi spesa sostenuta nel 2012 a tutti i soci presenti.

 

E’ partendo da queste solide basi valoriali che FISP all’inizio di quest’anno, dopo essersi occupata in prima persona nel 2012 dell’organizzazione del campionato nazionale, si è trovata di fronte alla comparsa improvvisa del progetto IPBS (Italian Paintball Series) ed alla necessità di dover valutare una possibile forma di collaborazione con questo nuovo soggetto. Usiamo non a caso la parola “necessità” poiché è giusto ricordare che i soggetti che hanno creato IPBS sono aziende private i cui rappresentanti ricoprono allo stesso tempo cariche all’interno di ASD iscritte a FISP, alcuni dei quali con incarichi elettivi.

Nonostante queste persone fossero ampiamente inserite nell’organigramma FISP, hanno allo stesso tempo portato avanti un progetto senza darne alcuna notizia se non al momento della sua presentazione ufficiale.

E’ evidente lo stupore degli altri rappresentanti FISP quando si sono visti presentare un progetto per l’organizzazione del campionato nazionale, che non aveva coinvolto in nessun modo FISP nella sua creazione, e che veniva portato avanti da persone inserite nel suo organigramma ma in forma privata.

E’ inutile nascondere che gli attriti inizialmente erano forti, da parte di FISP il motivo era che non si capiva perché questi soggetti non abbiano presentato lo stesso progetto all’interno del sistema federativo di cui facevano parte.

FISP decise di cercare in tutti i modi una forma di collaborazione fra le due realtà, poiché la divisione avrebbe solamente portato un danno al paintball italiano in questo momento. Gli unici punti su cui FISP decise di non cedere, nonostante molte rigidità da parte di IPBS su alcuni di essi, e che furono poi oggetto dell’accordo sono:

• Le squadre iscritte al campionato IPBS devono fare riferimento ad una ASD regolarmente iscritta aFISP e gli atleti impegnati nelle competizioni devono essere in possesso della tessera FISP.
• Tutti i pagamenti relativi alle iscrizioni delle squadre devono essere fatti a FISP che poi si impegna a girarli ad IPBS.
• Lo staff arbitrale del campionati è dato in gestione alla ASD Euroref Italia, che gode di totale autonomia decisionale nel proprio ambito di attività.
•  FISP riconosce il ranking europeo EPBF alle squadre iscritte al campionato IPBS.

In occasione della seconda tappa del campionato ci si è trovati di fronte a diverse circostanze discutibili ma almeno tre fatti a nostro avviso gravi, oltre all’aver ricevuto per via verbale la decisione di IPBS di rescindere l’accordo, decisione che solitamente è buona usanza comunicare in forma scritta e con chiarezza e dettaglio delle motivazioni.

 

1° FATTO

Nonostante IPBS avesse chiaramente comunicato la scadenza del 15 maggio come termine ultimo per l’iscrizione delle squadre alla seconda tappa e per il pagamento delle relative quote, il giorno di svolgimento dell’evento molte squadre non avevano ancora provveduto al saldo. Ancor più grave e manchevole di rispetto verso quelle squadre che invece avevano pagato la quota d’iscrizione in regola, è il fatto che alcune delle squadre morose vedevano presenti fra i propri giocatori dei rappresentanti IPBS. Perciò gli stessi esponenti che avevano comunicato la scadenza erano i primi a non averla rispettata.

 

2° FATTO

Da una prima sommaria visione degli elenchi giocatori partecipanti alla tappa, apparivano circa 30 giocatori non tesserati FISP e pertanto potenzialmente non coperti da idonea polizza infortuni.

 

3° FATTO

In occasione di una discussione tra un rappresentante dello staff arbitrale e un rappresentante di una squadra in gioco, il Presidente IPBS ha ritenuto suo diritto poter decidere per l’esclusione dallo staff arbitrale della persona coinvolta, possibilità che gli è stata negata però sia da FISP che dalla ASD Euroref Italia.

Ancor più grave è che la squadra in gioco e oggetto della contestazione era quella di appartenenza del Presidente IPBS, che normalmente per conflitto di interessi avrebbe dovuto nominare un suo sostituto per intervenire sulla vicenda, pur non avendo il titolo per farlo. L’intervento era ad ogni modo ingiustificato data la totale indipendenza decisionale di cui deve godere lo staff arbitrale, in special modo durante lo svolgimento di una competizione.

 

La comunicazione da parte di IPBS di voler rescindere l’accordo con FISP è avvenuta proprio all’interno di questa discussione, quando invece si sarebbe dovuta affrontare in un contesto diverso. L’organizzazione IPBS ha inoltre deciso, prima ancora di emanare un comunicato ufficiale, darne pubblico annuncio durante le premiazioni del torneo.

 

Di fronte a questi accadimenti FISP non può che prendere atto della decisione di IPBS, ma questa conclusione sarebbe stata probabilmente inevitabile anche da parte di FISP considerata la gravità di quanto accaduto. La situazione che ci si presenta davanti a metà campionato non è piacevole né tanto meno semplice.

 

Ci teniamo inoltre a riportare in questa occasione un’analisi tecnica in merito alla prima tappa del campionato svoltasi a Roma. Ci si è trovati di fronte infatti a numerose lacune organizzative, nonostante la presentazione fatta da IPBS ad inizio anno prospettasse la realizzazione di eventi il cui livello qualitativo non aveva precedenti nel nostro paese.

 

Lacune tecnico/organizzative 1° evento FISP-IPBS Roma 2013

 

• Basamento dei pali troppo vicino alla linea laterale (circa 50 cm) e conseguente assenza di linea di camminamento per arbitri e giocatori. La protezione della carpenteria con una gomma per auto non è idonea. In alcuni casi la carpenteria restava sollevata da terra. In caso di “overslide” vi poteva essere uno scontro con tali strutture con possibile infortunio del giocatore.
• Campo in pendenza, sul lato corto vi era un dislivello di circa 60 cm tra i due estremi.
• Turf posizionato in maniera non conforme, i rotoli erano affiancati senza sovrapposizione così da creare delle sacche e rialzi che generano rischi di inciampo.
• Linea di bordo campo fatta con nastro segnaletico, che è ceduto dopo poche partite.
• Basi di partenza realizzate con gonfiabili modello “Brick”, larghe quindi circa 1,5 metri e non 2 come da regolamento EPBF.
• Nel pomeriggio vi era una pressione dell’impianto dell’aria compressa che non raggiungeva i 180 BAR. Questa lacuna è forse una delle più gravi considerato lo svantaggio che può recare ad un giocatore, tanto più che si è verificata in particolare nelle fasi finali. Proprio questo aspetto ha richiesto durante tutto il giorno numerose interruzioni delle gare per attendere il ritorno di un livello di pressione accettabile.
• Tabellone punteggi non funzionante, ad un certo punto si è arrivati a dare il via e il tempo di gioco a voce tramite l'impianto audio.
• Tabelloni ausiliari a servizio dei team inspiegabilmente posizionati FUORI dalle PIT BOXES, del tutto invisibili ai giocatori.
• Stazioni per cronografi del tutto inadatte. Il cronografo era posizionato fuori dal condotto di sparo e di conseguenza i giocatori si trovavano a maneggiare i marcatori in un’area aperta privi di calzetto di sicurezza con effettivo e concreto rischio di sparo accidentale all'interno della PIT BOX.
• Assenza spogliatoi e docce.
• Il calendario gare prevedeva l’inizio della competizione alle ore 7.00, ma le squadre che si sono presentate prima per le normali operazioni di preparazioni si sono trovate un campo che mancava del personale organizzativo e con l’allacciamento di corrente non funzionante fino alle 7.30.
• Per mancanza di tempo le squadre di Serie B si sono viste ad un certo punto del torneo convertire le loro partite da RaceTo3 a RaceTo2, nonostante la loro quota di iscrizione fosse la stessa richiesta alle squadre di Serie A.

A fronte di tutto quanto scritto sopra, FISP non può che prendere atto di quanto accaduto e dare il via ad una veloce valutazione su come adeguare il proprio calendario di attività e competizioni a fronte dei cambiamenti intervenuti con la rescissione dell’accordo da parte di IPBS.

 

Quanto prima informeremo i nostri soci sulla nuova impostazione delle attività per l’anno 2013.

Cogliamo però l’occasione per ricordare e sottolineare che tutti coloro che si impegnano nel progetto FISP lo fanno a titolo volontario e gratuito. La nostra organizzazione è ancora giovane, sicuramente ha commesso molti errori e sicuramente non tutte le persone che ricoprono determinati incarichi sono le più qualificate in assoluto, ma sono le uniche che al momento hanno dato la loro disponibilità a portarli avanti. Se pertanto ritenete che alcune cose possano essere fatte meglio, se ritenete di avere delle competenze utili al progetto, se avete delle idee che vi piacerebbe sviluppare con il supporto di FISP, se avete dei consigli o delle critiche, FISP è aperta a tutto e tutti, niente è immutabile e nessuno è insostituibile in quanto non vi sono né proprietari né padroni in FISP.

SUBJECT: IPBS terminates collaboration agreement with FISP
 On the day of Sunday, May 19, 2013, upon completion of the second stage of the Italian National Championship FISP-IPBS, held at the playing field of ASD Paintball Milan, representatives of the Executive Council FISP those present were informed by the President of ASD Mr. IPBS. Paolo Russo intention to terminate the collaboration agreed earlier this year, the object of which was taken over by IPBS for managing the national championship under the auspices of FISP. This intention was confirmed on 23 May IPBS through an official statement published on the relevant Facebook page. However, the motivation expressed in the press that led IPBS to take this decision does not seem clear, as expressed in general terms and without going into the details of the causes of this choice. How FISP we feel so compelled to shed light on the issue, so that all our members, but more generally all paintball enthusiasts Italians who follow us, we have clarity on what was the exact course of events and can form their own clear opinion of what happened.
 Before considering the merits of the matter, it is useful to remember in 2012 what were the reasons that led to the founding of ASD "Italian Federation of Sports Paintball." We do, and because these motivate the choices made by FISP the merits of this story, and because we want to emphasize them with strength in the near future so that they are the one and only point of reference for the activities and decisions implemented by FISP.FISP firmly believes that a sports organization should be always and only based on the principles of democracy, equality, transparency and non-profit. On this basis, in February 2012 a national association was founded with the goal to "federate" all reality paintball Italian, uniting them in a single subject of coordination and representation. FISP is based on shared rules, its laws, are run by people elected during his first Constituent Assembly and remaining in office for two years, is required to the maximum economic transparency as demonstrated during the Ordinary General Meeting 2013 in which it was presented detail of any expenses incurred in 2012 to all shareholders present.
 And 'starting from this solid foundation that valoriali FISP earlier this year, after having worked in the organization of the first national championship in 2012, was faced with the sudden onset of the project IPBS (Italian Paintball Series) and the necessity of having to evaluate a possible form of cooperation with this new subject. We use no coincidence that the word "need" for it is fair to say that those who have created IPBS are private companies whose representatives at the same time hold positions within ASD enrolled in FISP, some with elective office.Though these people were included in the organization widely FISP, have at the same time carried out a project without giving any news if not at the time of its official presentation.It 'obvious to the amazement of other representatives FISP when you are seen to present a project for the organization of the national championship, which had not involved in any way FISP in its creation, and which was carried out by persons included in its organization but in the form private.E 'useless to hide the frictions that were initially strong, by FISP the reason was that it was not clear why these individuals do not submit the same project within the federal system of which they were part.FISP decided to look at all the ways a form of collaboration between the two companies, since the division would only bring harm to the Italian paintball at this time. The only points on which FISP decided not to surrender, despite a lot of rigidities by IPBS on some of them, and who were later covered by the agreement are:

    The teams entered the league IPBS should refer to an ASD enrolled aFISP and athletes involved in competitions must be in possession of the card FISP.
    All payments relating to the registration of the teams must be made FISP who then agrees to turn them to IPBS.
    The judge staff of the championships is outsourced to ASD Euroref Italy, which enjoys total autonomy of decision in its own sphere of activity.
     FISP recognizes the European ranking EPBF the teams entered the league IPBS.

 At the second stage of the championship there has been faced with several questionable circumstances but at least three facts in our view serious, beyond receiving by IPBS verbal decision to terminate the agreement, a decision that is usually good practice to communicate in writing with clarity and detail of the reasons.
 1 DONEDespite IPBS had clearly communicated the deadline of May 15 as the deadline for the registration of the teams to the second stage and for the payment of the quotas, the day for the event many teams had not yet paid the balance. Even more serious and lacking of respect for those teams who instead had paid the registration fee in order, is the fact that some of the teams present morose saw among its players' representatives IPBS. Therefore, the same leaders who had communicated the deadline were the first to not obeying.
 2nd DONEA preliminary summary view lists the participating players to the stage, appeared about 30 players who are not registered FISP and therefore potentially not covered by appropriate insurance policy.
 3rd DONEOn the occasion of a discussion between a representative of the judging staff and a representative of a team in the game, the President of IPBS considered his right to decide for the exclusion of arbitration from the staff person involved, the possibility that he was denied, however, is by FISP that the ASD Euroref Italy.Even more serious is that the team in the game and the subject of the dispute was that of membership of the President of IPBS, which normally for conflict of interest would have to appoint a deputy to act on the matter, despite not having the right to do so. The intervention was however unjustified given the total independence of decision-making which should enjoy the judge staff, especially during the course of a competition.
 The communication by IPBS you want to terminate the agreement with FISP took place right inside of this discussion, when it should have been addressed in a different context. The organization IPBS has also decided, even before issuing an official statement, inform the public announcement during the awards ceremony of the tournament.
 In the face of these events FISP can only take note of the decision of IPBS, but this finding was probably inevitable even by FISP given the severity of what happened. The situation that presents itself before half a season is not pleasant nor easy.
 We would like also to report on this occasion a technical analysis on the first leg of the championship held in Rome. There has faced numerous organizational gaps in fact, despite the presentation made by IPBS earlier this year prospettasse the realization of events whose quality was unprecedented in our country.

    Base of the poles too close to the sideline (about 50 cm) and consequent absence of line trench for referees and players. The protection of carpentry with a rubber drive is not suitable. In some cases, carpentry remained off the ground. In the case of "Overslide" there could be a clash with these structures with possible injury to the player.
    Sloping field, on the short side, there was a drop of about 60 cm between the two extremes.
    Turf positioned in a manner inconsistent with, the rolls were placed side by side without overlapping so as to create pockets and increases that create tripping hazards.
    Line on the sideline made with ribbon signaling, which is sold after a few games.
    Starting points made with inflatable model "Brick", then about 1.5 meters wide and 2 as per Regulation EPBF.
    In the afternoon there was a pressure of the compressed air that did not reach the 180 BAR. This gap is perhaps one of the most serious considered the disadvantage that it can bring to a player, the more that has occurred in particular in the final stages.  As soon as possible inform our members about the new setting of the activities for the year 2013.However, we take this opportunity to remember and point out that all those who engage in the project FISP do it on a voluntary and free. Our organization is still young, it has certainly made many mistakes and certainly not all people who hold certain positions are the most qualified at all, but are the only ones at the time they gave their willingness to take them forward. Therefore, if you believe that some things can be done better, if you feel you have the skills useful to the project, if you have ideas that you would like to develop with the support of FISP, if you have any suggestions or criticisms, FISP is open to everything and everyone , nothing is immutable and no one is irreplaceable as there are neither owners nor masters in FISP.

Paintball, scoppia la guerra (di vernice)

Spararsi addosso vernice colorata. Un nuovo gioco arriva in Italia. E qualcuno già pensa al business. Si chiama paintball. Ecco come non farsi male
È un gioco a due squadre il cui scopo è eliminare gli avversari a colpi di vernice vegetale colorata (paintball) sparati con fucili ad aria compressa. E ora che sono stati superati gli impedimenti di legge, qualcuno in Italia sta pensando al business. Attenzione: l’attività è al limite, il fattore sicurezza è fondamentale, bisogna giocare con protezioni resistenti e usare solo pistole a vernice di bassa potenza. Millionaire invita alla cautela.
Nato negli anni 80 in America, dove le pistole a vernice (cosiddetti marcatori) venivano usate per contrassegnare gli alberi da abbattere, il paintball si è diffuso in Europa e sta conquistando il pubblico italiano. Non confondetelo con il softair, qui non si gioca “alla guerra” a colpi di pallottole di plastica. Per ridurre il rischio di farsi male, oggi si pratica quasi ovunque lo speedball: la “battaglia” avviene all’interno di un terreno adeguatamente recintato e gli ostacoli per appostarsi a sferrare il colpo al nemico sono costituiti da gonfiabili in Pvc.
«In Italia i campi di paintball sono una quarantina, ma c’è lo spazio per 150-200» dichiara Fabio De Rosa, presidente del paintball di Grosseto (www.paintballgrosseto.com) e segretario nazionale della federazione del settore, per la sezione speedball. «Da tempo ero alla ricerca di un mercato in cui investire. Cinque anni fa sono stato a Los Angeles e mi sono imbattutto nel paintball. Ho valutato tutti gli aspetti, studiato i costi e nel giro di un paio di anni siamo partiti con i campi di paintball in Italia. Per il campo ci vogliono almeno 1.000 di mq, in una zona raggiungibile, oppure ci si può accordare per realizzarlo in un centro sportivo già esistente, privato o pubblico» commenta De Rosa. Con l’impianto di illuminazione si può sfruttare la struttura fino a tarda sera, mentre un campo coperto e in erba sintetica permette di giocare anche con il brutto tempo. «Quasi tutti gli impianti mettono a disposizione la struttura per feste di compleanno, addii al celibato, grigliate ecc. e sono sempre più numerose le aziende che vi organizzano giornate di team building per il personale» dicono dal paintball di Bergamo (www.paintballbergamo.it). Oltre alla classica pubblicità, per farsi conoscere, sono necessarie giornate di prova gratis con insegnanti professionisti e l’organizzazione di qualche torneo. Investimenti
Per costruire un campo da speedball servono da 20mila a 40mila euro, in base a dotazioni e accessori, tra gonfiabili, reti, pali, acquisto dell’attrezzatura da mettere a disposizione dei giocatori (almeno 15 equipaggiamenti completi, vedi box), paintball, compressore o bombole da sub per la carica dei marcatori, bagni chimici e un piccolo prefabbricato per la segreteria. In più, se si fa un campo indoor, ci vogliono almeno 30mila-40mila euro per il pallone di copertura. Secondo gli imprenditori già attivi nel settore, si può rientrare dall’investimento in circa 12 mesi. «Oltre all’entrata compresa in genere tra 15 e 30 euro, anche a seconda che sia per una o due ore di gioco, i giocatori pagano le paintball che sparano in partita: 4mila-5mila e anche di più, quando si gioca per le prime volte. Al Sud i prezzi sono inferiori del 30-40%, ma al Nord una scatola con 2mila palline arriva a costare 80-100 euro» afferma Matteo Gottardis, presidente del Paintball di Venezia, aperto a Mestre un paio d’anni fa (www.paintballvenezia.it). In media ogni giocatore spende 30 euro: nell’ipotesi di gioco più comune in cui ci sono due squadre da cinque persone più i cambi, si possono incassare 500 euro a turno. La resa del campo è superiore nel caso di un team building per cui si chiedono fino a 2mila-3mila euro per mezza giornata. «In primavera si riescono a fare anche 15mila-20mila euro al mese, mentre d’inverno il lavoro cala e alcuni campi aprono solo su appuntamento» dice Fabio De Rosa. «Bisogna poi aggiungere i proventi del punto di ristoro che non manca mai, fosse anche solo un chiosco o qualche distributore automatico». Alcuni impianti vendono l’attrezzatura da gioco (vedi box), anche tramite il sito. Complessivamente, le strutture meglio organizzate hanno entrate per oltre 200mila euro l’anno». E le spese? «Durante la settimana sono sufficienti un paio di addetti, mentre nel weekend ci si lavora in tre-quattro» spiega Gottardis.
I costi di gestione
Oltre alle palline (si può riuscire a pagare 16 euro la scatola), i principali costi di gestione riguardano l’affitto del terreno (da 300 a 600 euro al mese se di proprietà privata), energia elettrica, acqua, pubblicità, assicurazioni e quelle spese burocratiche, oltre alla retribuzione degli allenatori per gli stage dei professionisti. Alla fine dei conti, resta un 70-80% delle entrate. I campi da paintball sono quasi tutti associazioni sportive senza fine di lucro che per legge non possono ripartire gli utili tra i fondatori. Tuttavia, è lecito riconoscersi compensi come amministratori.
Millionaire invita alla cautela, sia chi fa impresa sia chi gioca. «Nel nostro Paese, per un neoimprenditore non è facile conoscere e interpretare correttamente quanto previsto dalle norme burocratiche che frequentemente variano anche a livello locale» spiega Antonio Montefinale, fondatore di Creaimpresa (www.creaimpresa.it). «Molte problematiche possono essere risolte rivolgendosi alle associazioni di categoria».
La burocrazia
come si comincia
In Italia il paintball non ha ancora una regolamentazione propria. Nell’attesa, per minimizzare il rischio di contestazioni di illegalità, è bene far riferimento alla legislazione e agli standard dei campi nei Paesi come Francia e Germania, dove il gioco è consolidato da anni.
Ciò premesso, ecco le mosse per iniziare.
Personalità giuridica. È prassi costituire un’associazione sportiva dilettantistica (Asd) a cui possono accedere solo i soci, che però possono essere iscritti anche sul momento. Consigliato prevedere un ampio statuto che consenta di offrire numerosi servizi accessori, in primis il punto di ristoro.
Terreno. L’area di gioco occupa in genere tra 1.000 e 1.500 mq, ma c’è anche qualche campo più grande. Altrettanto lo spazio che serve tra bar, deposito attrezzature, parcheggio ecc. Il terreno deve avere una destinazione di uso sportivo o verde pubblico attrezzato ed essere a distanza di sicurezza da strade e abitazioni per evitare possibili reclami.
Burocrazia. Bisogna dare Comunicazione di avvio al Comune e richiedere eventuale concessione edilizia se si vogliono realizzare costruzioni in muratura per spogliatoi, docce, bar…

«Gioco e business divertente»
Cinque anni fa un viaggio con un amico in Sudafrica e la scoperta del paintball. Così Christian Alimonti torna a Roma e decide di aprire uno dei primi campi a scenario rurale d’Italia con più di 4.000 iscritti. Dato il successo, qualche mese fa, ha inaugurato per conto proprio un campo da speedball, 46 x 28 m, su un terreno del nonno nei pressi dell’Università di Torvergata.
Come sono stati gli inizi?
«Ho investito 15mila euro per l’acquisto di materiali.  Grazie al passaparola in piscina, dove insegno nuoto, e alla pubblicità online sul portale www.yumping.it ho visto arrivare subito giocatori. Nei weekend abbiamo una media di 70 persone e ora l’obiettivo è attrarre i ragazzi delle scuole e della vicina università per sfruttare il campo nei pomeriggi infrasettimanali. Per loro abbasserò i prezzi a 14,50 euro all’ora, incluse 280 paintball a persona».
Si può vivere di paintball?
«Non si diventa Paperon de’ Paperoni ma non ci si può lamentare. Se ci si dà da fare, a fine mese si porta a casa uno stipendio di 1.500-2.000 euro. Se poi in futuro il paintball riuscirà a diventare disciplina olimpica, si assisterà a un’esplosione del fenomeno».

«Ci vuole tanta passione… Io stesso sono stato un giocatore accanito. Poi ho deciso di farci un business, superando anche tutte le difficoltà dovute all’assenza di legislazione».
